For custom or customized homes, we will prepare a set of CAD floor plan drawings and elevation sketches. After client approval, these will be sent to the manufacturing facility for detailed pricing, which will be valid for 45 days.

Our homes generally range in price from $110 to $165 per finished square foot, including unfinished basement. The range is a reflection of the wide variations in floor plan complexity and levels of finish.

Our process pretty much eliminates any unpleasant surprises and change orders. We get a firm price from our component manufacturers and suppliers then pass it on to you.

We are almost always a lower cost solution than any custom home which starts with a custom architect plan... and our level of construction quality and speed is uniformly higher.
