A spacious 3,264 gsf under roof with built in front entry garage, this plan is 38 feet wide making it ideal for many 50 foot
wide in fill lots. This plan has a very generous Master Suite, with his and her walk in closets, and large sitting area.
The plan also includes a Guest Suite with contained bath for pampered visitors or in-laws. Total of four bedrooms and 3-1/2
baths. The main level emphasizes an informal lifestyle with Library / Office, Sun Room and expansive Great Room.
